Blue Pond ATV Family Fun Park
Rules and Regulations

• Must wear Blue Pond wristband while in the park.

• Alcoholic beverages or drugs not allowed.

• No profanity.

• Follow all signs on roads and trails.

• Stay in designated areas.

• No smoking on trails or wooded areas.

• Riders under 16 must wear half or full helmet.

• Must wear eye protection.

• 4-Wheelers and Utility Vehicles ONLY.

• No 3-Wheelers, dirt bikes or golf carts.

• Minors under 16 MUST have signed permission slip by BOTH parents.

• DO NOT LITTER! Trash cans located in parking area.

• No fires, except in designated areas.

• No firearms or fireworks on premises.

• No riding in parking lot except to and from your tow vehicle.

• Speed in parking lot, no more than 5 MPH.

• Must return to parking lot 1/2 hour BEFORE park closes.

• Be considerate of others.

• Drive around areas too difficult for you.

• Watch out for other bikers on trails and roads.

• Obtain a map of Blue Pond Park and use it so that you won't get lost.

• Contact an Employee if you observe dangerous areas.

• No stupid stunts or behavior.

• Check our weather before you come.

• No refunds once fee is paid (No Exceptions).

• Riders must take responsibility for their actions.

• Reckless or dangerous riding that could be harmful to you and others is not permitted.

• You must have your own insurance.

• You must sign a waiver releasing Blue Pond of any liability.

• No racing (Unless it is a scheduled event)

• No glass bottles or cans in riding areas.

• No climbing mounds if riding doubles.

• Blue Pond staff is not responsible for pulling riders out of bogs and etc.

Failure to abide by the rules will result in your eviction from the park.
